ZIRA UZBEK KITCHEN

A restaurant serving Central Asian, Southern European, and Moroccan cuisine

THE JOURNEY

BEGINS FROM THE THRESHOLD OF UZBEK KITCHEN

Zira Uzbek Kitchen is a new restaurant in Los Angeles. It’s a home steeped in the Central Asian steppes, the flavors of Morocco, and the relaxed pace of Mediterranean life.
Desert-hued walls, carved arches, brass lamps, and ornamental ceramics—it retains the essence of Marrakesh, where tea is served with mint and sugar, and conversations last into the night.

Today, we fill pitchers with pomegranate branches with wine, and the atmosphere is filled with the clinking of glasses and the hum of the most heartfelt conversations.
On our terrace, the sun lingers longer than usual, and in the dining room, time is lost.

EVENTS

Zira Uzbek Kitchen is a place where shores meet: from the olive-covered slopes of the Mediterranean to the red dunes of Morocco. Inspired by street festivals, we are writing our own history of events now Together.

EVENTS

Zira Uzbek Kitchen menu is inspired by the sun and salt of various seas. We listen to the sounds of the sea, the whisper of the desert with its scorching sand, pay attention to colors, and are inspired by flavors. That’s why our menu combines fish and meat, pastries and crisp vegetables, aromatic spices and sweets in a seamless flow

BANQUETS

We believe that every celebration deserves light, aromas, and time, followed by long, admiring conversations. At Salama, a whole universe of modern traditions from different cultures comes to life. And you’ll find all the answers here.
Banquets are held in the main hall, which seats 70, in the karaoke room on the second floor, or on the summer terrace, where the evening lights reflect off brass lamps and glasses of wine.
We create an atmosphere where formality is irrelevant.

KARAOKE

The 60-seat karaoke room is a separate world of music and sensations, hidden behind the arched doors of the second floor.

HALLS

Zira Uzbek Kitchen' space is divided like a travel map.

The main hall allows you to breathe deeply, like on the seashore of a southern European resort, where light streams in from everywhere and falls on the bright chairs and plants. The karaoke room on the second floor is intimate, and the open terrace soaks up every ray of sunlight and catches the gentle gusts of wind.

The interior is built on a sense of layers. It’s a pleasure to gaze upon every detail and spend long hours deciphering the hidden symbols.

Restaurant

Zira Uzbek Kitchen’ main hall is inspired by southern Europe—spacious, bright, with accents of sand and olive tones.

It’s ideal for weddings and corporate events, as each event takes on the feel of a lavish Mediterranean celebration.
